Terms of Service

This website, and any booking made through it.

Being in the spa is covered by our Waiver & House Rules, which you agree to when you book and which govern conduct, safety, guests, damage and everything else about the visit itself. Where a subject appears in both documents, the Waiver governs.

A booking is a request until it is confirmed. Bookings are paid in full at the time of booking, and a reservation is not held until that payment is made.

Prices are those shown when you book. You are reserving the whole suite rather than a place in it, so the price covers the number of guests you booked for. Additional guests need approval in advance and are charged as the Waiver sets out.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked time are non-refundable, and no refund is given for a no-show, a late arrival, an early departure, or time you booked and did not use. Rescheduling within 24 hours may be offered at our discretion.

This site does not take bookings that start within the next 24 hours. If you want a time sooner than that, message us and we will tell you what is actually free.

We may decline or cancel a booking, and we may end a visit early in the circumstances the Waiver describes. Where we cancel for a reason that is ours rather than yours, you are refunded in full.

The words, photographs and marks on this site are ours; please do not reuse them without asking. We keep the site as accurate and as available as we reasonably can, but we do not promise that it is free of error or never offline.

Injury, illness and property are dealt with by the Waiver & House Rules, and nothing here replaces it. As for this website: to the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of New York.
